Breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly, but a small bar by the pool would be a good addition.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, so there’s little infrastructure around; the room was large and clean, and the restaurant still had hot food at 21:00, but we couldn’t charge our e‑car because the advertised charging station didn’t exist, which was extremely annoying, otherwise it’s an aging but solid 3‑star hotel.

The apartment was stunning and comfortable, the garden was immaculate and the frogs croaking in the bushes were adorable, and the spa area with massages was amazing! However, the pool area could use better cleaning; under the loungers there was dirt and dust that clearly hadn’t been addressed for a day or two.

The hotel is very friendly, and a big plus is that guest parking is free and the check‑out flexibility is a lifesaver in many situations. The mattresses in the beds are comfortable, which matters a lot during a stay. I understand the hotel accepts pets, which is great, but the presence of animals in the restaurant and at breakfast is unacceptable. I don’t get how pet owners come up with such ideas, and I think staff should react to this. There are outdoor tables in the restaurant. The rooms are a bit small, but I booked a cottage this time and it was sufficient.

The staff were lovely, the food was great, breakfasts were excellent, and the pool and saunas were superb. The rooms could use a refresh; it’s obvious that someone needs to look at them with fresh eyes. Towels and bathrobes were torn and holey.
