Breakfast and room cleanliness were fine, but the parking situation was bad, the staff were unfriendly, and there was a bad smell in the building.

The staff were very nice and always had competent contacts available; overall we only have positive things to say about our stay. The only issue was a small inconsistency with booking the on‑site breakfast: it was added and paid for on the day of arrival during check‑in, and the next morning the staff repeatedly asked for the room number and whether we had booked breakfast. That felt odd, probably because the computer system wasn’t updated.

Clean and tidy, with good breakfast.

Good breakfast, child amenities (high chair and crib) were very useful, and the large bed was comfortable. Water was available at reception. There is free parking at night in the area, but it involves walking around nearby streets—watch out for the hills—making parking difficult. The service was not very engaged; one lady was smoking long before the entrance, creating a draft, and was also on a video call with someone. Others seemed less competent, and it was a bit pricey for the price.

The staff were friendly, the room was modern and very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety and was beautifully presented. The only thing to consider might be hiring a different baker for the rolls.
