“Worth the price”

It has a good location close to good restaurants, cafés and bars. I booked a family room with two double‑size beds because it was the last room and it was affordable, but there is tiny space to move around. I feel like a family would be uncomfortable in that room, especially for longer stays (mine was just two nights). The hostel is called Fuji Hostel, but when I arrived they changed the name of the accommodation. It was hard to find it. When I arrived, I discovered there is actually no reception desk; instead there’s a clothing store under construction with a desk where they check you in. The staff weren’t there when I arrived either, so I had to wait for them. They don’t communicate much, nor do they use a translator. It’s a good place for its price and location, but don’t expect too much. It’s worth what you pay for.

The nights were quiet and the rooms were clean, and the elevator was the smoothest I've ever ridden; the walk to the beach is reasonably short. I usually don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn that the map location is consistently wrong—again. The postal address works if you take a taxi, but I've been misled by the map a few times; always verify the street address instead.

“Superbe emplacement, bon rapport qualité prix. Le seul bémol et l’humidité car pas de fenêtre”

The location is good. However, there was humidity, no window, and beware of cockroaches.
