The staff were very pleasant, the rooms were comfortable and roomy, and the kitchen had the basics. The villa needed some fixing: the linoleum was torn, the drapes were too small to cover the sliding glass door, and the window over the kitchen sink wouldn’t open.

Everyone on the staff was very friendly, available, and attentive. What I liked most was that the hotel offered entertainment for kids. We stayed in a villa with a direct view of the pool and a theme park, so I could relax on the villa’s terrace while my daughters played safely. Every day the cleaning ladies refilled a water bottle. Unfortunately, the cleaning was lacking. Some grime was left on the kitchen utensils and the microwave. The kitchen curtains were stained, and the bathroom glass was in terrible condition. The villa’s front door had no seals (you could see the outside clearly from the bottom of the door), so we had a swarm of ants every night and even a cockroach one night. The daily cleaning by the ladies wasn’t great—only the beds were made. I left towels on the floor for them to change, but that never happened. I always found hair in the bathtub and on the floor after the cleaning crew left. The air conditioners were extremely loud, and the curtains let in too much light, making the early morning brightness very uncomfortable for me.

The restaurant, dinner, and breakfast were 5-star. The floor in the room is peeling, which is bad for a hotel. There’s no information in the room—no sheet with services, contacts, restaurant hours, menu, or bar services.
