It was a great stay for me, but the air conditioning didn't work.

She upgraded the room for free. The checkin was virtual and she was pleasant. There was a roach in the room. The breakfast was 2 types of cereal, bread or bagel. Juice machine didn't work. Pool wasn't open and not sure that the hot tub in the picture exists at all. I received a text saying to text if I need anything. Couldn't get the tv to work so I texted, no response
