We come back to U Boutique year after year, and the service level is always on point, even better each stay. The welcome is warm, the staff attentive and very accommodating, with real flexibility in service. The hotel is gorgeous, the pool is very pleasant, direct lake access is a real plus, and the breakfast is excellent. Everything comes together for a restful, high‑quality stay.

The spot right on the sea was spot on. The facilities and amenities were top‑tier. The food options and how they were made were great. The two highlights of our stay were the stunning pool and the amazing care from every staff member. This place radiates luxury and the employees genuinely make you feel like royalty. I can’t say enough good things about our time here. Don’t change a thing; it’s perfect.
At reception, especially Jonathan, the service mindset was amazing, constantly attentive to guests, and I must also mention Rima who provided outstanding service that made us feel like important guests. Because there are electric cars and two charging spots, some inconsiderate guests park without plugging in, which caused me trouble when I had to stop at the entrance to charge; it would be better to keep a record of which cars are charging during check‑in.
