Unfortunately, our stay at this place was a bit of a disaster. When we arrived, we were asked to pay in cash, even though the app said they accepted credit cards. This was a big surprise and made us feel uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no parking available, despite what the listing said. It was a bit of a letdown.

We were really disappointed with this place - it had some major issues. There was no air conditioning, and the pool area, furniture, fridge, kitchen, and dishes were all dirty. They even let dogs sleep on the beds near the pool, which was a bit gross. We also didn't get any personal hygiene products, and the staff seemed to disappear after they dropped off the room key. The rooms themselves were also a bit neglected. It was a bit of a mess.

The comfort and design of the hotel are top-notch, but getting there from the main street was a bit of a challenge. We had a hard time finding the place.

This place used to be a gem, but it's clearly fallen on hard times. The check-in times are ridiculously early, and when we finally arrived, no one knew we'd booked. The room was still dirty, and they somehow managed to clean it and change the sheets in like 5 minutes. The shower was in the basement and infested with spiders, the pool was murky and gross, and the entrance is a nightmare. We couldn't even access the main beach because there's a river in the way, and we had to take a 2.6km detour.
