Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a tasty and high‑quality selection of dishes. I especially loved the chocolate cake, which was simply wonderful! The staff were kind and very helpful. During my stay I asked for a power adapter and a plug splitter; the staff responded and supplied both, which was a big help. Another advantage is the free shuttle to the city centre in the mornings, which can be very useful for those arriving without a car. The hotel is also a reasonable distance from the train station, which is definitely a plus for anyone planning to use public transport. I recommend bringing a suitable power adapter for Italian outlets, and it’s a good idea to have a few adapters or a splitter, especially if you plan to charge several devices at once. I was pleased that the hotel staff managed to provide both when I requested them. The biggest drawback for me was the hotel’s location. It’s in an urban area, between roads, and walking access was difficult and uncomfortable for me. I think the location is less suitable for travelers arriving without a car, especially those who plan to walk around a lot. The view from the area was also not to my taste. The surroundings are too urban, with no special scenery or pleasant atmosphere for walking tours. However, I chose the hotel mainly because I couldn’t find another suitable option in Verona. Another disappointment was the hotel’s facilities. In previous reviews I had read about a gym and sauna, but when I asked the staff about them, I was told they were planned for the future and not available at the moment.

Clean. The surroundings could be better. Still okay.

Clean. It was cold and they didn’t give us the heat, even though we were at the end of October.
