Traveling with my grandchildren, the staff were extremely courteous, the meals were delicious, and they were very flexible in accommodating us. I couldn’t find any particular drawbacks.

I was really impressed with the onsen at this hotel, which is why I chose a room with an indoor bath for my elderly parents. The indoor bath was also a hot spring, and my parents were thrilled, so I'm glad I made that choice. The next morning, I enjoyed a luxurious bath while gazing out at the mountains, which was a real treat. The massage chair was also top-notch and felt amazing.
