The location was close to Pikes Peak, but the photos didn’t match reality; it wasn’t the cozy inn I expected, and I should have known it was a motel based on the price. Initially it felt a bit sketchy, but it settled into being okay. However, the no‑smoking sign was ignored—smoke lingered in the room all night, and at least three guests were smoking upon arrival and departure. If I’d seen that in the listing, we probably wouldn’t have stayed. The bathroom was clean, though it was littered with tiny hairs. If you’re just looking for a quick stay and don’t mind cigarette smoke, it’s fine.

The spot was perfect, within walking distance of the main strip, Cog Railway, and Incline. The room was spotless and cozy, and the host’s communication was excellent. Overall, a great value and we’ll definitely return. The only thing that could improve the stay is a microwave; otherwise, everything else was hard to dislike. We can’t stress enough how much we enjoyed it—again, excellent value for the accommodations.

The room was clean, the location was great, and parking was very close. The downside was that there was only one trash can for both the bathroom and the regular room.
