This place had a great location and check-in was a breeze, but that's where the positives ended. The AC and heater weren't working, and the shower was a pain to use - no shelves or storage for toiletries. The room felt basic and overpriced.

I loved being in the heart of Napa - restaurants and shops were just a walk away. The beds were really cozy and quiet, which was a plus. However, the rooms were on the small side, and the bathroom window and motion-activated light were a bit odd. It even woke up my partner a couple of times when I got up to use the bathroom at night.

Our deluxe room had a kitchen that was really well-equipped - it had everything we needed. The location was central and parking was easy. That said, the room was way more basic than the pictures showed, and we were unlucky with the noisy courtyard seating area right next door. We loved Napa, but I'm not sure I'd stay here again.
