Millennium Hilton New York One UN Plaza

“If in the area, I definitely will continue to choose this location everytime.”

When we first arrived, we were greeted by the wonderful staff. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. Due to our arrival way earlier than expected, the hotel was kind enough to hold our bags while we explored the city. Upon arriving back to the room, we were still able to check in about an hour earlier than expected. The room was beautiful, the hotel was clean, and our room had an amazing view of the city. I'm glad we made the choice to stay at this particular hotel, and I do believe I will stay here again, if we return to the city

“差，脏，”

The hotel rooms were full of dust; I’ve never seen a hotel with so much dust, even a cheap one shouldn’t be like this; I can’t believe this is a Hilton! No satisfaction at all.

The room design is nice, the bathroom and toilets are good. The reception staff lack politeness and hospitality. I think the restaurant section lacks friendliness. Overall hospitality is problematic.

“Todo excelente gracias”

I was blown away by the flawless experience; Mitchel, the manager, handled every issue I encountered with remarkable professionalism. The only downside was that it was a bit too much.
