The view was amazing, the breakfast was delicious, the fridge was handy, and the host—who also drove us—was incredibly attentive and helpful, arranging two rides with great kindness.

The views were stunning.

We spent two nights at Wood Heart during our Ella trip and were thrilled with the experience. The hotel is brand new, the location is convenient yet still quiet and peaceful. The balcony view was a real highlight—morning coffee with the mountains was a perfect start. Breakfasts were fresh, tasty, and felt homemade. What stood out most was the owner’s hospitality and the whole team’s friendliness and helpfulness; you can feel they genuinely care about guests. We booked an airport transfer through the hotel and everything ran smoothly; the driver was punctual, safe, and careful. All in all, a lovely place with great vibes and wonderful people—definitely back for another stay if we return to Ella, and I highly recommend it!

The views were amazing and the breakfast was really good, but the hotel feels far away and hard to reach, which also makes the vistas a bit disappointing.
