“Great stay in Munich”

The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. There was a nice courtyard to relax in, and it was convenient to the train station. Check‑in was a bit late, but they kindly stored our bags until we could check in.

“Nice hotel in a central location”

The hotel was decent and the staff were friendly, and the room suited us perfectly, but the location has both advantages and disadvantages. It’s very central and convenient for the main train station, hop‑on/hop‑off bus, etc. However, the street felt a bit unpleasant, was busy enough to justify the advertised Police CCTV, and is close to the rail station junction, yet we didn’t want to linger there. We walked 8‑10 minutes to nicer restaurants to eat.

The room was spotless with clean beds and was only a 15‑minute walk from the city centre, close to the main train station. The first receptionist who handed us the keys was friendly and helpful, but the staff that came later seemed to ignore us, talked among themselves, and were quite rude when we asked questions. The hotel area was mainly run by Middle Eastern shop owners. The breakfast price the hotel offered was higher than the average Munich hotel breakfast, so we skipped it.
