The bathroom had cockroaches crawling around. We paid for breakfast, but they never brought it to us. It was a bad experience.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took a while to get the help I needed. Despite this, the hotel's location and amenities made up for it, and I would consider booking again in the future.
