How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I was really disappointed with my stay as the hotel gave out our rooms, leaving us without a place to stay. It was a huge inconvenience and I was expecting a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned.

I was shocked to find that the price I saw online wasn't the same as what I was asked to pay when I arrived at the hotel. In fact, they wanted twice the amount I had booked, which seemed unfair. I felt misled by the online advertisement and wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

My recent stay at this hotel was marred by a concerning issue with the pricing. When I arrived, the receptionist told me that they had no record of my booking and quoted a rate that was double what I had paid. The manager confirmed this, and it seemed to me that the hotel was using low prices to lure customers in.
