The TV was broken, the heating was the same, and the breakfast was poor; I couldn’t make coffee because the machine only spat out steam.

The owner was friendly and helpful, but everything else was awful: I had to sleep in a car, it was noisy and cold, and other foreign guests kept shouting from 1:30 am to 3:00 am – an experience I want to forget.

The room (Igor) is a bit old and needs renovation. A light switch in the room (near the entrance door) doesn’t work. The bathroom window is broken and permanently open, so it can’t be closed. The shower only provides hot water for up to 2 minutes, then it’s cold. We were traveling and booked this place just as a spontaneous stop. We could park our car for free outside, but it felt uneasy. The breakfast had pre‑packed croissants and a coffee machine before the room. The property is right on the highway, so it’s loud. We booked on the spur of the moment and drove about 20 minutes. We received the booking confirmation by email, but the owner never sent any information. We tried to contact him via WhatsApp and phone, but no one answered. We waited 15 minutes in front of the place. A couple happened to come out and helped us; they called the owner, who finally answered and arranged the key code for us. The price‑for‑service ratio is not right at all and is too expensive for what it offers. Warning: if you copy the address from Booking, you end up on a rickety road and not the property! Be sure to check the directions before driving. Unfortunately, the property can’t be found on Google Maps.

The cleaning was good and it’s close to Bari airport, but the room is located in an industrial area.
