The room and bathrooms were very clean, and I appreciated the plant added to the bathroom; even a small plant can turn an otherwise functional space into a little sanctuary. However, there was a slight draft under the door, and while the heater kept us warm, that’s the only thing I’d suggest improving.

The staff were lovely, scoring a perfect 10/10 for customer service, especially the lady at the restaurant that evening who really nailed it. However, the carpet in my room had several stains that made walking around feel a bit gross, so I kept my shoes on. I also found a melted lolly in a couch pillow. For the price I paid, I expected a cleaner room.

The bed, linens, and pillows were presented beautifully, the bathroom products and towels were well supplied and nicely displayed, and the kitchen had everything I needed—just a toaster was missing. Overall, the accommodation was excellent.
