“Séjour calme”
I was thrilled to find the place right in the heart of the medina, and the staff were excellent and very helpful. The setting was calm and the décor friendly, but the cleanliness could use improvement; cleaning only happens on request and you have to specify every item that needs changing or cleaning each time.
“Grazioso Riad nel centro di Marrakesh”
The spot is perfect for walking to Marrakech’s main sights in just a few minutes. Unlike other places, the route to the Riad is fairly simple and quiet even at night, and the value for money is good. The Riad offered all the services we needed, including access to the spa. The welcome was good but not exceptional; it would have been nice to see more of the property before being escorted to the room. Breakfast could have been more plentiful, though it was good. Overall, the cleanliness was high, but the sheets were a bit stained.

The location is great, just 10 minutes from the center and I can get there in 15 minutes. The staff were incredibly kind and super available, though sometimes a bad odor came from the bathroom. The cleaning was somewhat lacking and some kitchen utensils were missing, but overall the apartment was nice.

Everything was very good. The only downside was that the upper pool seemed a little dirty.
