“Staff were great, but that's about it”
The staff were really friendly, but that's about where the positives ended for me. The room was a bit of a letdown - they'd pushed two single beds together to make a double, but the bed was ridiculously low to the ground. The TV wasn't working, and there wasn't even a table in the room, which made it hard to get anything done. The door lock was a bit finicky too. And it's weird that a resort this size doesn't have a proper restaurant or even a place to grab a coffee.
