Although it is stated that the staff works 24/7, the customer support did not help and did not solve the problem when contacted by phone. Hot water: The gas boiler does not work properly. In order to take a hot shower, you have to constantly adjust and switch the system yourself. Appliances and amenities: The internet does not work at all, even though we were assured otherwise. The air conditioning system runs so loudly that it is impossible to sleep. The hair dryer is also broken. Management clearly does not care about customer comfort. I recommend choosing a different place

Pokój z łazienką i wspólną kuchnią w porządku. Przez cały pobyt 5 nocy brak ciepłej wody w kranie ,chwilę jest a w trakcie mycia zaczyna lecieć zimna, usterka nie naprawiona pomimo zgłaszania . Na łóżku brak narzuty nawet cienkiej sama pościel. Nie polecam

В номері було чисто та місцерозташування зручне. Не було гарячої води, погано відкривалося вхідні двері та двері у номер, туалетний папір не додавали, прийшлося купляти свій
