The room and bathroom were cleaned thoroughly, yet the building is in bad shape and urgently needs a major renovation.

The location works for reaching several spots. The staff are kind but not always present, and they can only be reached by phone for emergencies. The building looks pretty rundown for a three‑star hotel and the initial cleanliness was subpar. The HVAC system isn’t working properly.

“Mi è andata bene così: non sono uno che pretende”

The staff are available and the place is clean; the hotel is fairly respectable. The room is quite small, the bathroom could be better, there are no common areas, and the area feels pretty desolate.
