The place is new, the owner is super pleasant and helpful. It was incredibly clean. The shower is great, warm. The breakfast is simple, but delicious. It’s about a 10‑minute walk to Plaza de Armas. If you have mobility issues, the cobblestone street to get there isn’t ideal.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and had hot showers. We slept comfortably. Everyone there was very accommodating. The shower/bathroom has a very oddly placed window, and the room does too. I might have had a different experience because rooms are assigned based on the bed size you request.

The hosts were kind and the location great, but there’s no elevator and it’s hard to climb to the fifth floor without oxygen.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast simple but nice. We stayed multiple times between trips to Machu Picchu and the Amazon and were able to store our luggage here while away. A small thing, but we wished for bedside lamps in the room. The room had a small round table and two chairs, though we sometimes wished for more table/desk space. To our knowledge the building does not have elevators. We stayed near the ground floor and had no problems, but if your room is on a higher floor you may need to be prepared for stairs
