Didn't like I had to pay for parking

他のスタッフの方は笑顔も素敵で、快適に過ごせるようにと、心配りもしてくださいました。 他のフロントスタッフの方は、丁寧でしたので、彼女に当たらなければ大丈夫。 みなさん丁寧で笑顔で接してくださいます。. 正直、若いフロントの女性は意地悪です！と言い切ります。って言うのは、滞在後、出発日の国際空港へのお話を伝え日時の確認をしていたのに、肝心なシャトルバスの予約にブッキングがされていなかった事実には驚きました。意地悪な印象でしたけれど、実際に意地悪でしたね。 ホテルの顔であるべきフロントスタッフが彼女では、ホテルの印象も評価も下がります。

The hotel staff was great in giving directions and looking for alternatives to my transportation needs in town and to a distant location (Granby); I truly appreciate their effort snd empathy Location is perfect if you are looking for a place close to the Airport, the hotel has a free Transfer service every 30 minutes to and from the airport. The parking is not free, the fee is 11 dollars daily and this information wasn't given in the Booking information, every person that arrived and was told about this, didn't know and expressed their disapointment due the lack of this information at Booking
