I appreciated the serene atmosphere of this hotel, which made for a restful stay. However, I felt that the staff could have been more accommodating to my needs. Overall, it was a decent experience, but with some room for improvement in terms of service.

I loved the hotel's location, which was just a short walk from the wharf, making it very convenient for me. However, I was put off by the hotel's messy state, the strong unpleasant smell that greeted me early in the morning, and the noisy environment, especially when people walked on the third floor.

I found the hotel's proximity to Jordan port, market, shops, and parking areas for jeepneys and tricycles to be a major advantage, and I also appreciated the air-conditioned room with a remote control. On the downside, the hotel was too noisy, didn't have hot water, and surprisingly, there was no TV, which was advertised.
