“Lovely setting but very disappointed in the lack of truthfulness by the staff regarding parking situation and the air co”

The location was fine, but the air‑conditioning failed to handle the daytime heat; the room hit over 90 °F at night, making sleep impossible. We were told by staff over the phone that we could park inside the village, but upon arrival after entering the ZTL we were told we could not park inside the village walls.
