“A Disappointing and Unorganized Experience”
I had a terrible experience with this hotel, starting from the moment I tried to contact them about my reservation. The phone number I found was actually a random person's number in Waco, and after sending a message, I received no response. To make matters worse, when I checked the hotel's phone number on their website, it was listed as out of order. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
