“I will never return I hope I don’t get bed bugs in my car or bring them to my home”

When I checked in, the staff was nice, but the room smelled like pee and had bed bugs. I showed the worker a clear cup over the bed bug so he could see it when cleaning, yet he seemed indifferent and didn’t care at all.

The hotel is close to Fort Jackson, but the breakfast was cold and the eggs were not fresh.

“Over stay was very pleasant. Breakfast could come out a little faster, but the staff was very nice.”

The room was fine, but the room was still fine.

“Relaxing”

The place was very clean and welcoming, and the staff was exceptional.

“Very clean!”

The staff were friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, and it was accessible for my husband in his wheelchair. A larger room with a king bed would have been nice, but we were very happy.
