The owners’ hospitality and kindness were outstanding; the room was simply fantastic, even equipped with a kitchenette that had a stove and a dishwasher. Parking was ample and the outdoor spaces were well maintained and spacious.

We stayed at the Relais Colle Messino in the Andromeda suite at the end of April and were extremely disappointed. The place is not a hotel or a bed‑and‑breakfast; it’s an event venue (weddings, etc.) that rents out its three rooms to passing guests. The rate was 187€ per night on weekdays off‑season. We were greeted at 18:00 by one person who then left, leaving us completely alone in the building with no staff or service until the next morning. There was no breakfast service, only a kettle kit, fruit baskets, and industrial pastries left in the room the previous day. The whole setup felt grim and depressing, lacking any pleasant or authentic touch. The Andromeda room was fairly well furnished, but the poorly designed shower flooded the entire bathroom and there was no way to mop the floor because no one was around… we just swam in the water until we left. I strongly advise against staying here, as it should not be selling rooms under these conditions. It does not deserve a spot on Google or Booking as a hotel.

The new building has excellent finishes, but the entrance is not clearly visible from the street.

We loved almost everything. The recently renovated property is gorgeous, perched on a hilltop offering a breathtaking view of the plain and the Alpine range with Monviso dominating the center. Egle and her husband were very welcoming and attentive, leaving nothing to be desired. The price may seem a bit high at first, but the quality, the attention to detail in both the property and the owners, make the trip and stay worthwhile. In the suite we never ran out of fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and pastries, allowing us to have hearty breakfasts. The location is ideal for the Langhe and ski areas. Highly recommended.
