The room was large and the staff were friendly.
“Great location, clean rooms, and a quiet atmosphere, but several comfort issues affected our stay. The bed was uncomfort”
The location was excellent and quiet, and the room was clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the A/C didn’t work; they explained that cooling wouldn’t be turned on until June 15, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the hotel description. Knowing this beforehand would have led us to choose elsewhere, as it mattered a lot to us.
“Very good”
I was impressed by how genuinely friendly the staff were, especially the person who refilled my coffee during breakfast and the young man who helped with my heavy suitcase; the administrator was also very polite and helpful. The interior design feels modern yet calm, which is surprisingly good for a 3‑star hotel. They also supply bottled water daily, a nice touch for hot summer days. The only downside is that some facilities could use a bit of renovation, though nothing essential is broken.
The location was great, the staff excellent, breakfast good, parking convenient. There was no air‑conditioning, windows couldn’t be opened properly, and the room was very hot.
I didn’t try the breakfast, but the location was ideal: many markets and facilities nearby, close to the huge park Dikmen Vadisi, Atakule, Nişantaşı, and a taxi station right next to the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, responding positively to our needs. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the bedroom lacked tissues and the bathroom was missing some toiletries.
