The staff were helpful, even the owner (the clinic doctor) sent regular messages asking if everything was satisfactory or if he could help. The younger staff’s English is poor. My review is somewhat relative to Varanasi standards, especially hygiene, which is quite different from Europe.

Friendly, clean, good location. I was glad to find Nandi Retreat because everywhere in Varanasi was incredibly busy and crowded due to the 2025 Kumbh Mela.

The price‑to‑quality ratio is solid and the staff are genuinely friendly. The hotel sits on the top floor of a kinesiotherapy institute, right on a noisy street, and the staff’s English is somewhat limited.

Alltogeather I have been looted for this stay They show different accomodation and they give different accomodation I will never ever book from you people
