The facilities were good, clean and comfortable, but one staff member ruined our stay. I want to be clear that this was just one person and not the whole team. He was the check‑in clerk who also worked the afternoon shift the next day. Two young men were on duty, and I’m not talking about the other one. From the moment we arrived, his attitude made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We were asked for a security deposit, which we had no problem with, but we had very little cash and almost no local currency, as we usually pay by card. When we asked for options and clarification, his tone was unnecessarily unfriendly and unhelpful. This pattern continued whenever we needed basic information about the property: how the laundry worked, details about the swimming pool, or even just asking for towels for the pool. We eventually preferred to look up information online or ask ChatGPT rather than approach reception, simply to avoid another uncomfortable interaction. Initially, I wondered if it was just my perception, but my wife felt exactly the same. The following morning, another staff member at reception was friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. The contrast was remarkable and showed that our previous experience was not a misunderstanding of the hotel’s operations. It is unfortunate because the property itself is good and we would otherwise have had a great stay.

The central location, spacious room, and incredibly comfortable bed were highlights, but I expected more variety for breakfast; nevertheless, the staff were available and tried to accommodate me as best they could.

The reception was impeccable, the bedding was incredible, housekeeping was spotless, and the location was hyper‑convenient. The pool, gym, and laundry area were all great—nothing to complain about. We left the hell and arrived at paradise. A special shout‑out to the reception, which was truly amazing.

The location was great, but the breakfast didn’t meet our expectations and the drinking water was low quality.

Who are the guys dressed in black lounging around the foyer like they own the place, smoking vapes, sleeping, listening to their phones on speaker and taking the most comfortable chair? A terrible look for guests and very off putting. It would be nice to be told about the hot water button when checking in. Why did we need our 2 room keys reprogrammed after day 1. It seems to be a common problem
