There were double beds, but there was a gap above the door. Everything could be heard from inside and outside, and the light would turn on when someone was in the hallway outside.

The bathroom was roomy and offered plenty of storage. The price and the key pickup were an issue; a key box would have helped, especially for guests arriving by train.

I think the breakfast was overpriced; they only added the mirror‑shaped scrambled eggs when asked, and they were still cold. Paying 18, 50 € for that feels excessive.

The water was hot and the heating worked well, and the location was good. The journal with site‑seeing opportunities was interesting. Communication among the staff was a big problem. We arrived at 00.00 and found no key and no one answering the phone. I had sent a message a day before about the late arrival, and the reply said “keys are on the right side from the head entrance, in the box, code***. Don’t forget to come and pay tourist tax in the morning.” Yet when we went to the address there was no head entrance at all. It turned into a night quest, walking in the rain across the streets, to accidentally discover that the hotel has two more buildings. Even then it was unclear which door the keys should open. We solved this puzzle together with the other midnight‑arrival clients, and it was the worst experience I ever had with accommodation. One sentence in your message could have saved us time and nerves. Nevertheless, you also didn’t explain the check‑out rules and expected something else than keys left in the apartment. Apartment cleaning never came, and it was a bit dusty and worn out. The internet was slow. For such a price, at least normal communication with the clients should be expected. I’m not suggesting that I have to find clues in the one‑month‑old email.
