How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Just practical because it’s close to the train station. Dirty. Dusty floor, black bare feet in 3 minutes. Noisy, the front door slams at night, rooms aren’t insulated. No toilet in the room, only in the hallway. No double glazing… Way too expensive. The room doesn’t justify more than 50 euros.

Cheap and near the train and bus station. Easy to reach the staff. Kitchen with a microwave. Simple to take the train to Florence or the bus to the sea.
