How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Parking is convenient and the room is spacious, but the cleaning could have been a bit deeper (there were hairs in the corners where access is difficult). The room’s soundproofing was poor: we were unlucky enough to hear other guests making a lot of noise in the early morning as if they were inside the room.

The hostess was nice but didn’t speak English. Clean, pretty and a large terrace. The walk to Ortigia is 20 minutes and goes through local neighbourhoods. The main entrance is on the second floor without a lift, and the ceiling is low. It’s not very sound‑proof; you could hear the noise from downstairs clearly.

The property was welcoming and clean, located in a very quiet and silent spot but 10 minutes on foot from Ortigia and the main archaeological sites. There is no private parking, but we never had any trouble finding free spots nearby.
