“Never again. Should not be on Booking.com.”

The private parking was convenient, but the facilities were very poor, looking tired and unclean. The mattress was uncomfortable and offered no postural support, and even the crockery was dirty.

“Ok for a night.”

The property’s convent location was fine and they managed my late arrival. The room was warm and clean, and breakfast was generous. However, the advertised private bathroom was misleading: the bath is in the bedroom but the toilet is outside in the hallway, which is not ideal. The listing should be updated for honesty. Breakfast was cash‑only, so bring money.

“Tired accommodation”

Comfortable bed. Dust on lights. Stains on kettle doily. Door handle badly repaired. Hot water intermittent in shower. Bathroom window sill and floor water damaged. 1/2 bottle of conditioner left!!!! (Also a new one). 1 packet of biscuits. Light bulb missing in Bathroom. No hot tub available. Not matching towels. Hall way smelt of dog

The village is beautiful and I recommend the creag bheag hike. The bed was very large and the breakfast was good (10£ paid in cash; the only ATM in the village charges 4£ for foreign card withdrawals). I tried the whisky porridge, it was delicious. The host was very kind. The bed was soft, cleanliness needs improvement, and the shower system was mysterious.
