“Some great service and some not so good”
Clean room and good breakfast. Had two issue during our week stay Only one ice maker operational for 4 floors Had to go to front desk to have room service. Finally got the room serviced on day 5
Everything seemed fine until I spotted a bed bug crawling across the bed.
“Nice people, convenient but a bit disappointing presentation/ condition.”
Free hot breakfast, pool, and very nice staff. Free WiFi was also a nice convenience. The second room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, and paint on the walls was bubbling and peeling.
“Good overall stay, we would be hesitant to stay again because of the damage to multiple vehicles.”
The hotel’s proximity to activities, clean surroundings, and friendly staff were great, but when we woke up we learned many cars had been damaged. We were lucky to escape injury, yet the lack of security at the front desk made me doubt booking again.
