How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The apartment was lovely and Lorenzo was very helpful, adding a lot of little extras. The location was convenient for the train station, bus terminal, shops, beach, and old town, so we could walk everywhere. Having a washing machine was handy, and Lorenzo arranged a nice car transfer to the airport at a good price.

The stay was simply perfect! The property exceeded every expectation. The room was stunning, welcoming, impeccably clean, and attended to every detail. The owner’s focus on guest wellbeing is evident—from quality toiletries to unusual items like a stain remover, acetone, comfortable bedding, beach towels, and a convenient beach bag—all designed to make guests feel pampered and carefree. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessities and a variety of essential items, a detail that made the stay even more comfortable. A special thank you to the owner, an extraordinarily helpful, kind, and always ready to give valuable restaurant, sightseeing, and activity recommendations. His hospitality truly made a difference. We also used the services organized directly by the property, including transportation and a wonderful boat excursion. The sunset trip with aperitif was simply spectacular: breathtaking views, a magical atmosphere, and an experience we’ll carry in our hearts. We recommend this property without hesitation to anyone wanting a vacation of comfort, quality, and authentic hospitality. We can’t wait to return! From Lorenz Home everything was perfect—from the welcome to the services, from cleanliness to attention to every single detail. It’s rare to find a place where every aspect is cared for with such passion and professionalism that nothing is left to desire.

The location is very good, close to the train station, 15 minutes from the centre and Bari Vechia. The apartment is small but complete and very comfortable. Special mention of Lorenzo’s attention, with many tips and always willing to help. The broken elevator didn’t reach our floor, which made getting in and out with luggage difficult.

The host was excellent and the stay was great. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well located. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and always available for communication. He even tracked the flight arrival and organized a late‑night check‑in, which was highly appreciated. I felt very welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire stay. Highly recommended!
