The room was cleaned daily and refilled with towels and cups. The staff were amazing with local tips, the hotel was very close to public transport, and most sights were a short walk away. However, there was no room service, the hotel restaurant had a very limited menu and no seating, the toilet in room 524 ran water all night making it hard to sleep, and the pillows weren’t the most comfortable—those were the biggest complaints from everyone.

Schönes Zimmer, aber das Hotel weigerte sich, mir eine steuerlich gültige Rechnung auszustellen und verweigerte dies trotz mehrfacher Bitten und Hilfe von , was für Geschäftsreisen ein großes Problem darstellt und nicht empfehlenswert ist; das Personal war nicht hilfsbereit und unfähig. Das Schwimmbad war ungepflegt und verrostet.

The staff was fine, but on the fourth day the hot water in my room stopped working and it took several attempts before the tech staff claimed everything was fine, which it wasn’t. Also, housekeeping didn’t come every day and sometimes they forgot the room entirely.
