Very interesting place located on the site of a former military airport. For aviation enthusiasts it could be an attraction in itself. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. I was there off‑season, so there were almost no people. A good spot to stay in this part of Gotland. The bed is comfortable. Very quiet and safe place. Perfect for relaxing. A shop and restaurants are nearby. The noise from adjacent rooms is quite noticeable. The shared bathrooms are a bit unpleasant, but remember it’s a hostel, not a hotel, so that’s OK. In one cabin there are two bathrooms: a women’s and a men’s (each with two toilets and two showers) and a shared kitchen. In season it can get crowded.

It was a great and cozy spot to relax before heading to Fårö, especially if you're into Swedish military aviation history; the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, so I highly recommend it.
