“O alegere bună”
Poziția centrală a hotelului, curățenia, empatia personalului.

The staff member Isaac was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the bowls of fruit that guests could pick from. The lift access controls made me feel safe, and my room came with free fruit and chocolates on the bed. The duvet was very cozy, and the green‑themed bathroom featured a high‑tech toilet touch panel that was both cool and useful. I’ll definitely book again for my next trip to Zurich. The only downside was that the lift touch panels for the access cards were a bit tricky to use.
