How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The view was stunning and the area had plenty of restaurants and shops. But we were disappointed with the cleanliness – we both ended up with itchy red rashes all over our bodies. Three of the four nights had almost no hot water, only the last night was normal. They advertised breakfast from 8‑9:30, but when we asked, they said there was none. If we’d known, we’d have booked somewhere else.

Everything we needed was there and the location was great. All the restaurants and shops were within walking distance, yet the place was surprisingly quiet. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully equipped.

The apartment was gorgeous with a huge balcony, but the host wasn’t there when we arrived. She came the next day to sort out payment and preferred we contact her via WhatsApp. We saw her again on the last day – that was the only downside.

The new cozy setup and the nice coffee and tea station with a kettle in the room were a treat. A few great ski resorts are just a 15‑20 minute drive away. However, the winter hiking trails were poorly marked, with wrong or missing time information.

The location was fantastic with a great view of the Kaiser, and we were almost the only ones in the building, so it was very peaceful. The furnishings were a bit old‑school but adequate. A wool or fleece blanket for the lovely balcony and couch would have been nice. We felt comfortable and would come back, but cooking was a challenge with the tiny old stove and minimal cookware.
