The room was very clean, but the gym was too noisy because it is open to the public, people start coming at 5:30 and dropping weights, and the noise and bangs are irritating; there is no way to use the facilities since they are open to non‑guests and the place is full of people who are not staying there.

The décor is clean and beautiful, the bed is very good, but there was no AC and it was too hot; opening the window made it even noisier, and after only one night I couldn’t sleep at all.

The staff is always on hand to meet any request, clearly well-trained and driven to make guests happy; the breakfast was the best among the hotels we stayed at in Ecuador, with impeccable local coffee, tigrillo, and plenty of fresh, tasty options, and the dining area offers a lovely city view. The room is comfortable and functional, clearly a favorite for business travelers. Parking is somewhat limited, though I didn't have any trouble, and I suggest cleaning the building’s glass.
