The staff were friendly and the parking area felt safe, but the hallway and room weren’t the cleanest, the carpet needed a deep clean, there were cigarette burns on the sinks, the jacuzzi and bed spreads were lacking, and the TV in the room wasn’t working.

There was no breakfast, yet the location was perfect; however, more than one microwave was needed, there was a line, a small refrigerator in the rooms would let people keep their food, and the beds could be better.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel: the hallways were dirty, and a strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana lingered throughout. The room we stayed in was also dirty, appeared not properly cleaned, had mold in the bathroom grout, and the bedspread on top of the bed clearly hadn’t been washed before our stay. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and the strong odors made our stay very uncomfortable. We chose this hotel mainly because of its proximity to an event we were attending, traveling from New York and booking from Friday through Sunday. As soon as we arrived, we realized the hotel was in very poor condition. We were supposed to stay two nights, but we left after the first night because we were extremely uncomfortable with the cleanliness. Since we didn’t know the area and had come from New York, we stayed that first night because we didn’t know where else to go. The hallways were dirty, the strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana persisted, the room floor was very dirty, the bed and bedding had an unpleasant odor, and the entire room smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom was also in very poor condition: it was dirty, had visible mold in the grout, and the vanity and sink were not properly cleaned. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the condition and cleanliness of this hotel, did not feel comfortable staying there, and ended up leaving a day earlier than planned. There was nothing about the cleanliness of our stay that we were satisfied with.

It was a place to stay for the night and was close to a few things like a gas station and some other places you can eat at; however, the two guys at the front desk weren’t as friendly and inviting as you would expect, and the security guard that night was awful—just looking to start or finish something, looking to bully, something not cool.
