A stunning place, right in the middle of nature and 500 m from the center of San Cassiano, near the stream, with a view of the beautiful Dolomites of Alta Badia. The owner, Manuela, is an exceptional host who, among other things, arranges guided tours in the nearby mountains. Cleanliness is perfect, the towels are fragrant, and total comfort. A must-see.

We stayed at this place for a few days and were very happy. The apartment was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a nice terrace to relax. The location is great: in about ten minutes on foot you can comfortably reach the center of San Cassiano, yet the area is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for resting after a day in the mountains. Everything was cared for in the smallest details and you can feel how much the owners value the quality of the property. It was truly a fabulous stay and we would return without any doubt. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place with amazing views. Near the town of San Cassiano. Hikes are easily accessible. quite close to the road so expect some noise

The host was very helpful, starting with many good tips as soon as we arrived. She was also very friendly every time we saw her. Cleaning was daily, and the room looked brand new. A very cozy family‑run place. Highly recommended. Our room had no fridge, which we would have liked.
