“It was a nightmare.”

I couldn't find anything I liked here; the experience was a complete letdown. The website’s view was entirely misleading, the food was subpar, the room was filthy, the AC failed, the sink had no water, the shower ran sluggishly and offered no hot water. I had to leave the hotel, hand over my money, call around for a new place and pay extra out of pocket, and no one ever called me back.

The staff were friendly and the space was clean. I booked a King‑bed room advertised as a “luxury room” on Booking, but when I arrived there was no room that matched the description or the photos shown on the Booking page; the room offered was not what I had paid for.

“C’était une mauvaise expérience .”

I was passing through Cap Haïtien when I was referred to this hotel. The road is rough. The reception was warm, a kind lady welcomed me and even gave me a toothbrush—thank you! The air‑conditioner was in very bad shape, the bed was terrible, the sink was filthy, and the room smelled of mold. I sincerely hope they make some improvements; this is just between us and I won’t share it with anyone else. The sink and sheets were dirty.

Most of the staff were genuinely nice and helpful, and the driver was professional. However, when we arrived in the first few days the card machine was broken and it was difficult to pay. The property should allow customers to pay when booking instead of waiting to arrive.
