“Great luxurious Hotel in the heart of KL!”

The location, helpful staff, pool, and Club Lounge were great, but the cocktail bar that didn’t open until 4 pm was absolutely freezing! We tried it twice and it was extremely cold both times, even the staff agreed.

“Nice hotel, ridiculous customer service”

Location is great. Rooms are clean and spacious. Being contact 4 days after we checked out asking us to pay for an extra bed when we had booked two rooms for 5 people and only space for 4 of us to sleep
