The room was well furnished with everything you could need during a stay, and the cleaning staff stood out for their kindness, tidying the room while we were away and even providing extra tea; overall the staff were attentive and pleasant to talk to, the room stayed clean and in good condition, and the bathroom was fine—no problems there; the only downside is that it’s a pub, so some noise is expected, and the walls let some sound through, so be aware.

The property is welcoming and perfectly styled like the Cotswolds, and Jane, in particular, was very kind; I highly recommend stopping by The Kings Arms, and the dinner was fantastic; we didn’t have breakfast there because we prefer sweet over savory, but I’m sure it would have been good; nothing negative.

Where do I begin… the location is great, the pub offers excellent food and breakfast for overnight stays, and the atmosphere is very cosy and relaxed; the room was spotless, came with tea, coffee, biscuits, and water, and it’s good value for money; overall a great stay, with nothing to dislike.

“Lovely stay”

The evening staff were lovely, friendly, happy, and accommodating; the room was nice and the beds comfy; the evening meal was very good; however, the TV controls didn’t work and the TV only showed the news—an issue that would bother me if I stayed longer than one night; the breakfast staff were miserable, the continental breakfast wasn’t ready by 9 am and lacked variety, and I had to keep asking for more items; the cooked breakfast was okay but nothing special.
