When I arrived, I went to the front desk to check in. The staff rudely told me I couldn’t check in because the hotel was full. I mentioned I had a reservation, and he replied that if I had a reservation I wouldn’t need to check in. He never tried to fix the problem or find out where the mix‑up was.

The hotel’s proximity to the city center and beaches is great, the rooms are always spotless, the breakfast buffet is good, and the staff are very friendly. The only downside was that there was no iron in the room, so I had to ask at reception; otherwise everything was flawless.

The team was incredibly attentive! My husband had a food poisoning episode and they were very helpful, brought towels, and kept the staff on standby. The housekeeping crew deserves special mention for being efficient, dedicated, and kind.
