“Lights out”

They allowed me to book an extra night and stay in the same room. They never informed anyone about the power outage that lasted all day due to storm lighting.

“The cost wasn’t bad but when you put the cost vs the fact that I saw roaches each day I was there, in the room, doesn’t”

It was close to where I needed to be. The only good smell was in the room; everywhere else it didn’t smell good. There were several roaches, which I photographed. It was the cheapest hotel, and the low cost is the main reason I chose it.

“So dirty”

The ladies at the front desk was fantastic and her customer service was 10/10. The rooms were so dirty and grimy. The lobby smelled like marijuana. There were stains on the sheets and walls. Trash was on the floors and in the fridge from previous guests

“Absolutely horrible, filthy and smelt like cigarettes, mildew/mold.”

The entire room was revolting: a lamp stained with mold, a dirty tub, a broken window seal that let every outside sound in. The elevator and hallways smelled like cigarettes and mildew, and I even found a roach in the bathroom and in the sink. Walls had stains, and because it was so late I had no choice but to sleep there, even though I paid online. I’m not one to complain, but I would never stay here again.
